Separation process for dry powders

Proteins from plant flours are to be separated from dietary fiber and starch by selective charging using particle-particle and particle-wall impacts. This allows separation by charge directly from the dry powder.  This eliminates the possibility of laborious wet extraction, which is very resource-intensive and can affect the functionality of the proteins.
